Monica was a joy to work with and an excellent partner in our home-buying journey. We cannot say enough good things about her. Monica is amazing, responsive, knowledgeable, and a shining beacon in her community. Monica was flexible, and always worked around our busy family schedules. She was happy to schedule private evening and weekend showings so that we could bring our three children along with us when needed. We didn’t have to miss a single t-ball practice, dance class, or family gathering, and still bought our dream home with Monica in the competitive Bay Area. She was always able to chat by text or phone during the week, and constantly updating our feed with homes that made sense for us. She’d check on us, ask for notes on the houses we saw, and kept us positive and motivated to keep searching for the right one. Monica helped us see outside the box to consider homes that we wouldn’t have otherwise, always gave helpful neighborhood insights, and most importantly, made our children feel loved and safe with her. Our kids looked forward to seeing Monica every week - they often preferred to hang out in the front yard or backyard with her, instead of checking out the houses! Monica made us feel so welcome, and continues to include us in community events. This city and neighborhood is new to us, but we already feel so comfortable.
