Prior to going to market, Monica walked me through all of my options as the seller including the pros and cons relative to the current market conditions. When I finally made the decision to move forward, she was ready to go and set a tentative date for going to market. She used this date to work backwards and secure the stager, cleaner, painter, photographer, etc (she has a great network of partners!) in advance to ensure we could adhere to our aggressive timeline.
