Monica listens and asks questions on what was important to me and understood and worked to achieve my specific goal, it takes time to find a human you respect and trust but with Monica it happened right away. Monica has passion, conviction and honesty on her side, i wanted an agent to tell me what is going to take to get my home and in the future to sell faster and for the best price. I would highly retain Monica again when I sell/purchase.
