Relocating from California, my family and I occupied a rental property for about 6 to 7 months before encountering with Monica. She had the proper resources and connections to do the impossible. With her experience and knowledge she enlightened us on our hopes of buying our first home in Texas. Her passion for what she does and kind hearted motives were the reason we were able to obtain our first closure in El Paso. She not only found us our forever home but she inclusively found us an ever after, reliable, family friend!

Me and my husband started looking at houses back in July and got lucky enough to have Monica as our realtor. We are first-time home owners so we didn't know anything of the process to purchase a property. She was very helpful and patient with teaching us along the way. She's based in the Horizon area but she never failed to meet us on the other side of town to look at homes that we were interested in. Unfortunately after looking at maybe +10 homes we were denied on several offers that we made. However, Monica never backed down and kept us motivated to pursue our goal to find a home. She was patient, kind, and most of all persistent. She fought for us until the very day that we closed on the house.
