After originally listing my home with Monica in 2021, I had to remove it from the market due to extenuating circumstances during my divorce. Monica put so much time and effort during that time that went unrequited. We had multiple offers and lost buyers due to my soon to be ex-husband's reluctance to sell. Again in 2023, after obtaining a court order, Monica re-listed the home without hesitation.
