Monica Farnell leaves nothing to chance when helping a client whether a seller or buyer. We were both. In April and May 2020. She represented us in the purchase of a new house in Las Cruces and the move here from California. She personally supervised every aspect of our purchase keeping us informed by telephone and text as we sold there and moved here. No detail escaped her attention. She connected us to the lender, supervised the inspection and even helped us move in. She applied the same energy and attention in representing my wife and I in the restoration and sale of a poorly cared for rental now in escrow here in Las Cruces. The day after the tenants vacated, she was at the property and in a matter of a few days, her recommended team of gardeners, cleaners, and repairmen had turned the house in to a must buy new sale. We saw the house before and after. It was an amazing transformation and at a very reasonable cost to us. The house was shown over a dozen times on the day it was listed garnering multiple offers. Her skillful advice and attention to detail on both the purchase and sale and her always cheerful and warm personality was just what we needed. We can’t recommend her highly enough.

My experience with Monica was amazing. She helped me get my first home and let me tell you, she don't mess around and is great at what she does.
