My unique search was particularly challenging as most of it was conducted remotely from out-of-state. From the start, Monica provided excellent market listings tailored to my search criteria. But what I believe really made it a success was Monica’s tireless sacrifice to visit properties in my absence and perform virtual walkthroughs with me, over the course of several months, all during a difficult and dynamic real estate market during the pandemic. At every stage, from initial search to final closing, Monica demonstrated her overall real estate knowledge, experience and dedication to help guide me through the process. Monica guided me through selling my townhouse in Denver and buying a house in northern Colorado in October and November 2020 when the market was just starting to go crazy everywhere. Her listing of my townhouse reflected her knowledge and the consummate professional that she is and effectively brought in multiple offers. Although I was freaking out at the possibility of not getting a contract on a new place and being homeless once my old place sold, she kept me calm, kept me from settling for something less than what I really wanted, guided my search locations and kept a stream of fresh listings coming to me that was responsive to my interests. And at a time when houses were closing after a couple of days on the market with multiple offers over asking and sellers wanting to close in 30 days, Monica wrote a successful offer that got me a great house even though mine was a contingency offer! Overall, I feel like Monica worked a miracle to get my old place sold, help me get a contract on a new place I love, and get both closings in on the same day when the real estate market was super tight and the pandemic was completely upending the way business is done. And she held my hand through it all so I knew what was happening, what to expect, and wasn't overcome by my fears.
