Everything that was to be expected was laid out in the very beginning and was crossed off in checklist fashion. The paperwork can become a bit tedious but that is to be expected during a transaction such as this. Majority of the form signing is electronic via email which makes things quick and easy to manage. Overall, the process of selling my home was a little overwhelming as it was my first time but all worries were put to rest by miss Crudup as all issues and hiccups were laid out and explained throughout the transaction.
