She took care of the contractor, photographer, inspections, escrow, cleaners, etc. She secured a great offer on the home and kept me updated with excellent communication. I would absolutely recommend Monica to anyone in the market to purchase house on the central coast. She is extremely organized, professional, forthright and honest. Her professional style was exactly up our alley as she is super pro-active and straight forward but completely gets the emotional side to purchasing a new home. She can balance both worlds and make you feel confident in her approach and calm your nerves when you are stressed (let's be honest, buying a house is stressful!).
