Buying a house can be an extremely intimidating process, but Monica showed my family and I that it doesn’t have to be that way! Prior to contacting Monica, I was in contact with real estate agents and brokers who were difficult to reach, lacked professionalism, and tried to sway me towards new builds despite my wishes to purchase a resell home. When I contacted Monica, I was nervous given my previous experience, but Monica listened and noted all of my concerns and key features we both wanted and did not want in a home. She also walked me through the process and connected me with her trusted broker- which was a huge help! She worked very closely with my broker and I to find houses that were within my family’s budget and still had features we were looking for. Monica was amazing at communicating and listening to our concerns and tailoring our house hunting plan to my family’s needs. I am a young adult and I had the fear of not being taken seriously because of my age, but working with Monica was the best experience I could’ve asked for. She reviewed ever listing I showed her and added her findings and she spent consecutive weekends touring homes with my family and I. When we submitted offers, she explained what we were signing and recommendations on how to tailor offers according to the houses we viewed and were interested in. When we found our dream home, she was present at the home inspection with us and looked over the inspection report diligently! She worked late on the days when we’d receive documents to sign even though they came in the evening and kept us in the loop when signature requests were coming our way. She ALWAY made us feel prioritized and heard and because of that my family and I are eternally grateful to have had her as our realtor, representing and guiding us through the purchase of our first family home!
