I feel it is necessary to express my appreciation for all Ms. Bush’s hard work. She portrayed the definition of helpfulness, always going above and beyond with helping me purchase my first home for my family and myself. Ms. Bush and I begin working together back in early September 2019. Each day we worked together I always knew she gave one hundred percent. Since day one she’s been completely dedicated to making each step as easy as can be. Right from the beginning she impressed me. Ms. Bush displaying extreme patience and kindness teaching me everything I wished to know to feel more comfortable about the home buying process. Though the next few months she continued to do an outstanding job being available when ever there was a concern: day or night, from late night text messages to weekend phone calls. Ms. Bush was there every time I needed her and would reach out to me as well to confirm all was well. As well as setting up required appointments to complete closing on the house. Her commitment to her client continued to the day of closing and beyond. Ms. Bush presences at the table during our closing meeting was welcomed, just like from day one is continued to be there for me by answering any questions and making me feel more comfortable. Ms. Bush kindly gave my girlfriend and myself a bottle of wine. She congratulated us again, offering her assistance if anything else where to come up. Patterson-Schwartz is extremely lucky to have Ms. Bush on the team, almost as lucky as I was to work with her. I would recommend her to any friends or family in need of a realtor.
