Monica was very knowledgeable about the area(s) I was house hunting in as well as the first time home buyer program, NACA, that I was attempting to use to purchase my home. She gave me a lot of insight and feed back on properties that I would request to view. She was also very well organized and was quick with responses for the agents within NACA that would request additional information. My experience was good and Monica was on point with everything I had to do and what I had to sign and she would explain things to me so that I would understand what was going on with the selling of my house and she also would explain what the buyer was doing. Monica kept me in the loop and she made sure that I would stay on top of everything I had to get done on my part. It was a great experience for me.
