In this day and Age so many only want to please themselves Monica earned our trust from the first meeting. Monica pointed out different both negative and positive about a property that we might not have notice or thought about She knew we were on a tight time table and Worked with our schedule. She knew our budget and never tried to go above it. Her work ethics were above the normal in today's world. Monica has and is a blessing in our life.
