Monica earns my highest awards in all categories. She advised me on every aspect of the real estate process for listing and selling my home. I followed her advice, and my home sold in 1.5 days for over the listing price. There was also a 2nd showing scheduled for the day my home sold. Monica is professional, organized, knowledgeable and has great advice if you want to sell your home quickly. With my previous agent, two summers ago, I had no one who was seriously interested in my home during the entire season my home was on the market, and no offers, even after reducing the price several times. Monica definitely knows her market and how the residential real estate industry works.
