My wife and I highly recommend using Monica as your realtor. We had a lot of lead time before we listed our house. Prior to listing, Monica visited with us twice over a year and a half to understand our goals and timeline. She was very helpful providing advice on renovations and decorating that would be worth doing and on which items we should leave ‘as is’. Monica always provided constructive feedback with sound explanations. She was always friendly, personable, positive and energetic. The end result was a contract at our full asking price without ever having to put a ‘For Sale’ sign in our yard. Monica was very responsive at any day or hour and always professional throughout the contract and closing. She was a perfect fit for us. Monica is excellent at what she does on behalf of both buyers and sellers. It is easy to see how much she loves her job and working with her clients.

Monica is phenomenal! We moved from out of state and didn’t have a firm timeline. More if a house popped up we’d look otherwise we’d begin seriously searching in the spring. Monica was never pushy, but always available to answer questions. Being from out of state I asked a lot about different areas and neighborhoods. I actually found the house we bought in a Facebook group before it went live. We thought we don’t even need an agent, we found a house let’s go in unrepresented! Boy we’re we wrong! Thanks to Monica’s negotiating skills and advise we were able to get the house the day it went to market before what we knew would be a popular open house. Upon inspection there were issues we didn’t feel comfortable with and wanted to back out. Monica talked us through everything. She didn’t pressure us into staying in contract, instead we walked though all the line items and discussed non-negotiable repairs/terms. She worked hard to keep this house for us when even we didn’t know if it’d work out and we are SO glad she did!! We love our home, we felt really good by the time we got to closing and knew it never would have happened if we didn’t have great representation. Would recommend Monica time and time again!
