Monica provided services that were above and beyond my expectations. She helped me list my dad's house after he unexpectedly passed away this summer. She did an amazing job marketing the property which helped us gain a lot of interest in the property. She was incredibly patient handling the first few buyers we had that unfortunately fell through due to not getting loan approval. She always kept me up to date with what was happening with the property activity and gave me great advice as how to handle a few bumps in the road we faced. Despite interest ratings continuing to rise while we had the property listed, she was able to get us a really good sale price for the house. Overall I couldn't he happier with Monica's attention to detail and the hard work she put into getting this property sold.
