If I could give Monica more stars than 5, I would. She is very smart and quick to respond to any questions or issues that arise. She has been doing this a long time and knows the real estate business inside and out. Monica is a class act and she treats you like a million bucks. I highly recommend her.
We were interested in purchasing a relatively new house with strip and mountain views with little maintenance that was within our budget. Monica found a house in the Tresor Development in McCulloch Hills in Henderson. We had been previously looking in Henderson, and didn't even know this very cool neighborhood existed. The house was exactly what we wanted--but it was slightly above our budget. In addition, the owners were difficult. Monica, who is very well connected with other realtors (believe me, this matters), was able to negotiate a price that fit for us, even though there were several times that the sellers were about to walk away. She was also able to get the sellers to throw in some furniture and other fairly expensive items that will help our transition. Monica has those interpersonal skills, grit and creativity that you want in a realtor representing you. We believe that we got really good value for our money, and the house has already appreciated. We are very pleased.

Sunny, is an excellent real estate agent. I’d give her 10 stars if I could. She found us exactly the property we were looking for very fast. We did 1031 exchange and had a lot of questions. Not only Sunny was able to answer these questions she also always responds quickly. She regularly checks for messages from her clients. And she has an assistant who she can delegate certain duties too. Sunny has all the necessary contacts in Las Vegas. She gave us valuable advice about insurance, etc. Sunny also knows LV areas so well. And she is very knowledgeable about investment real estate in all price ranges in Las Vegas. To top it all off Sunny is a great negotiator. We had a specific price bracket for our purchase so Sunny was able to negotiate the price of our property below our set bracket. We were super happy.
