When we decided to move to FL from Ohio we reached out to multiple realtors about homes we saw online. Monica was the only one who called us back and within hours! We decided from that moment on she was our girl! We looked at a number of houses on our first trip down and submitted a few offers (we got outbid everytime) but Monica kept on it and we talked every day about new houses that just came on the market. We were back in FL full-time within 2 weeks of our initial visit and needed to find a place to live. 6 weeks later we got our house!! Monica even came over the day after signing to check in and make sure all was good! She had the patience of a rock star through the whole process as we were incredibly stressed and sometimes disappointed when we got outbid but she always said "it wasn't the one, we will find YOUR home". We couldn't ask for a better realtor than Monica!! She is not only our realtor but has become our friend!!
