Mona made herself available for our brief visit to the area, SHE LISTENED and understood us, she was open about which properties would satisfy us, and when it came time to buy, she helped with closing preps, utility preps, and even offered to assist with running errands for us (related to being there for dropping off checks, opening the door for service personnel).
