I put my home on the market when interest rates were rising so we knew from the outset that it would take some time to sell my condo. I followed most of Mona's advice in terms of preparing my home to be put on the market which involved some renovation work. She was also helpful in calling my HOA and getting them to do some of the repairs around my home. From the outset we received offers in the first couple months that were lower than what I wanted but with a little patience we finally got an offer that I was happy with. She also made the escrow process easy with online document signing which was a great time saver and with less visits to her office. When it came time to figure out the inspection report she was able to guide me in terms of what I needed to do to comply with the requested repairs in the report. Overall Mona was able to negotiate the final price of my home to be very close to my asking price.
