Mona sold to properties for me in June 2017. Both had buyers within 1 day each. Both closed within the month. She handled all of this long distance for me. Living in San Diego, I trusted every decision she made for me.

I hired Mona Houston to sell my property in Douglasville, Ga I closed in December 2016. A neighbor recommended her to me. She listed my home and I received an offer and I had to always ask her what was going on with the sale. She was more focused on asking me questions for the buyer. I felt after a offer was accepted she wasn't really focused on my concerns or issues. To my surprise at the closing she wasn't there. She never said anything. Her broker was there instead. After the closing the deal went south. The buyers agent gave me the ok to move on closing date, but that day went terribly wrong. The buyer, Agent and the buyer's representative all came to the house and harassed me and my family the entire time I was trying to move. Sent a lock smith there to change the locks while I was trying to move. The buyer's representative came in the house saying this is my house now. Which she wan't even the buyer. Where was my agent or representative? Out of town enjoying herself with the money she made from the sale. I was left alone to deal with this horrible ordeal. I've purchased over 8 homes in my lifetime and I never ever have experienced anything like this before. Make sure you know your Realtor and make sure you get plenty of references. I moved back to Michigan, but my memories of Georgia will never be the same after this horrible experience.

Mona is awesome. She will work hard for you to get what you want and need. She never gave up on us. Such a Blessed person. She help us find a rental when we first moved to Georgia and 4 years later she help us find our new home.
