Molly did an outstanding job selling our home. Not only did she find 1 buyer, she had 2 buyers present offers which gave us the option to select the offer we felt good about. The whole process from start to finish went smooth. There were a few other houses that went up for sale in our neighborhood around the same time as ours with different realtors and they are still sitting there for sale while Molly sold ours. Just goes to show you how hard Molly works for you. Her communication and follow up skills were superb. I am definitely recommending Molly for my friends and family real estate needs.
