Way above our expectations!

Molly was great to work with! We were selling a property that was part of a family trust and there was some last minute hiccups on the trust end (not Molly's) and she helped get us through that with the title company. She was knowledgeable about market conditions, a fair asking price and what we should expect during the selling process. Molly was very aggressive to promote the property and easy to contact and responsive throughout the sale. I would highly recommend her to anyone! Molly is the best!
