Molly showed me multiple condos to meet my plans and negotiated a fair price for my condo choice. And she helped me get a fair price for my home that I was selling. She walked me through all the paperwork and computer communications, so it was understandable to me. She was always available by phone or text or email. Her communication skills are outstanding! I felt I could trust her real estate skills and knowledge. And on top of that , she was very pleasant to work with - with a warm, kind and friendly personality. She did the walk through inspection of my new condo with me, asking appropriate questions that I would not have known to ask. And she even offered me names of handymen for minor repairs.
