But we did in regards to Molly's performance in her handling of the sale of our house in Tualatin and the sale of my mother-in-law's house in Tigard. She is detail oriented, well organized and very professional. Molly was forthcoming even when it was news I did not want to hear. Her list of contacts for getting work done seemed endless and the persons she referred to us worked seamless with one another and was easy to work with even though we live 200 miles away from the property being sold. She was able to guide us through the entire project. She earned every penny of her fee.
