When it was time to make offers she was very strategic on when and how we wrote it. In this market you don’t get many chances to counter, so have to put your best foot forward. Once we were under contract she made the process as easy as possible for me. I had a lot going on and wasn’t able to be there for the inspection. She kept in contact the entire time, sending pictures and updates. She did everything possible to make the purchase smooth and stress free for me. I would highly recommend working with Molly.

Molly knew we were interested in the exterior, so she was prompt in making sure we were able to schedule a tour the day it became open for viewings.
