Talk about a deal maker! Not only did she get a very high price for our home, when problems arose that threatened the deal, she skillfully maneuvered between the buyer and the buyer's agent (best friend of the buyer; read: not a good combination) to create a deal that worked for both parties. After a year, our house is still the highest sale (or close thereto) in an area where homes have continued to appreciate.
