From the first month down to the very end I was not satisfied. When higher priced homes with less to offer were selling I asked her about it and she informed me that my house was “junk”. The house was empty and she would either lie about showings or not give me a report on them. When I would call she always had showings that I didn’t know about. At the beginning of the contract I would receive a sellers report. That stopped fairly early. She told a buyer “not to call back until they have a legitimate offer”. She never heard from them again and I never had a chance to counter offer. She informed potential buyers that she does not help with any aspect of the loan process. She was rude to buyers and I had 3 of them tell me they would be interested once she was no longer my realtor. There was a man from out of state that messaged me that he was extremely interested in the home but my realtor was so rude he decided to just use another realtor and was not willing to view my house. My house went under contract 3 days before my 6 month contract with her was finished. I told her I wanted to counter offer and she discouraged me from doing so. I did NOT receive a good amount for my home. It didn’t matter to her. I called back the day we spoke about the offer and she answered the phone very hostile and angry. She apologized perfusely because she “thought it was Kristina” (her secretary). Kristina does the work. The very few times Molly did need to speak to me, Kristina would call and ask if I was available to speak with Molly. In my opinion it was extremely pretentious. We lost a significant amount of money that I know we would still have if we had gone with someone else.
