Molly went above and beyond in helping us sell our father's house. We do not live locally and Molly handled everything from getting the house ready for the open house to representing us at the closing. She communicated with us throughout the process and her advice was spot on. We could not have asked for a better experience.
This was the first time for my husband and I using a real state agent, as it was selling a property. We really would of not been able to do it without Molly's help. She walked us through the process and gave us her advised on the things that need it to be done, based on her experience and knowledge about how the market was at the time. She was always available to talk to us and answer all our questions at any given time of the day. She was very personable and went above an beyond her duties. My daughter lived 3 doors down from me and they decided to sell there house. They received a great offer on day one..Molly was their agent. I thought if they can get that I can get more with a bigger yard on a corner lot and a few more upgrades. My daughter bragged about how good their agent was so I decided there was no better time. With a very calm demeanor and hard negotiation attitude she got me more for my house than I could imagine. She was always asking if she could do anything to help with the transition as she had access to anything I could need for a trouble free move. I really don't know what else she could have done to make it any better ,When circumstances kept me from being at my new house when movers were supposed to be there,she volunteered her time to wait on them. She waited for several hours until my daughter showed up to relieve her,,,,what a great agent! She has followed up numerous times checking on how the move in was going. I had a LOT of stuff, Thanks Molly!
My daughter was using Molly when I decided to downsize. She bragged how good Molly was in helping them in their move. I decided to choose her also as I only lived 3 doors down from my daughter in a highly sought after neighborhood. She offered a service for anything you would need to get the move completed . Though it was a very trying time for me she was there to offer any help I would need. Very calm in her approach in negotiations for the sale..as the buyer tried to play hardball. Molly was the closer in this game and I came out way ahead. I cannot thank her enough for what she did after the sale as circumstances prevented me from being at my new home when movers were supposed to arrive..she came and waited until my daughter arrived late in the afternoon . Molly was wonderful to work with from the beginning to the purchase of our home. She is very easy going and supportive. Molly listened carefully to all my specifications I wanted in a house. She answered every question with professionalism. She was very active in taking us to all our areas of interest and more! She was good on follow up. Molly even found our house before it went into the MLS. We would meet with our computers each week & hv coffee while she showed me what was new & coming on the market!
