Molly was amazing in helping us get our home sold. She has a tremendous work ethic, is straight-forward and very easy with which to work, and has a wealth of experience. We came to her with specific needs and a very tight timeline in order to get relocated before the start of the school year. She rallied her resources to get our home amazingly photographed and well-posted quickly. She helped us navigate multiple offers to determine the best overall fit with the least risk. She doubled-down in the negotiation and contracting phase to ensure we were able to get to closing with ZERO issues. I give her my highest endorsement. She executed flawlessly.
