Hi, I'm Molly Love, and I've been a REALTOR for over 10 years. The time sure flies when you're having fun! I was lucky enough to enter the real estate world into my family's successful real estate team that they started back in 1999. Between the 3 of us, we have decades of experience in the most volatile real estate markets Maryland has ever seen. We have a sophisticated process for buyers and sellers that has been refined many times over the years, but with a complete overhaul in Summer 2023. We have Master level equivalent education in Real Estate, and have successfully helped over 700 families and individuals buy and sell properties. The market has never been more aggressive than it has been in the last 3 years, and when you're facing multiple offers trying to buy a house, knowing which factors will set you apart are key. When it comes to selling a property, pricing and exposure are everything. An agent may tell you they can snap a few photos with their phone, and list the house on the internet and it'll sell in a few hours, but that simply isn't the case. There's a proven process behind garnering multiple offers, and we have the step by step recipe. Whether you've been saving your down payment for years and are finally ready to make your first investment, or you're a current home owner looking to sell and make a move, we've got you covered. I am also specially trained in the Trauma Informed Approach, and am happy to serve clients with deeper needs, such as divorce sales, estate sales, or those struggling with mental health and finances, and need a path paved to get out.
