To start, Molly has been one of the most accessible and helpful people I have ever known, and she alleviated all of the issues I had with my homebuying experience. Molly was expectional when it came to promptness and reliability. There were so many questions I had: How do I "bind" my homeowner's insurance, and what is escrow (and many others during the process)? She was pursuant on getting responses from my HOA on requested docs to my lender which I was unable to do. Throughout the weeks, Molly was easily reachable at any time of day to give me an update on the next step in the process, any docs I had to sign as a buyer, and what they entail. As much as I love my new home, Molly was a big part of why I am even able to call it just that, MY HOME! She's super active, running around showing me properties, and was constantly pushing for me to get into a place I really wanted and not one I had to settle for. Of all of the places we looked, when we toured this one, she could tell that this would be the home. I was much happier with the vaulted ceilings and she could see that immediately. I was ready to make an offer, and it was accepted. I have to give credit to Molly for guiding me through the 30 day escrow and getting me into my first little house! There were many adverse complications along the way. None of which could have avoided. But they continued to persevere through it all. There was never a moment when I did not know what was happening with the sale of my house. Even when there was no activity Molly would let me know what her plans were to generate more traffic and more views. She bent over backwards to make this sale happen for both the buyers and me. I have never heard of a realtor having both the other realtor and the other realtor’s clients call to thank her for everything she had done to make this deal happen. But I’m not surprised that this happened because this is not my first transaction with Molly. This is the level of commitment and expertise she brings to every aspect of the work.
