Molly Kazmer: Hard working, knowledgeable, conscientious - 5 star review

Molly represented us in the sale of our PGA West condominium. We were living in it at the time. Her recommendations on all issues were excellent -- backed up by her market experience and continuously updated research. Molly represented us with a lot of energy: she timely sent all the necessary documents, organized advertising and marketing, and held open houses minimizing the disruption to us. She was always easy to reach, and her responses were prompt and direct. She was a careful reviewer of all documentation and guided us as needed. Molly's approach got us to an offer and sale at a fair price sooner than we hoped; after we got to yes she worked with the buyers to accommodate our move out schedule and helped us save on fees at close. There were zero hiccups in the transaction. Did we mention she has a warm and outgoing personality?
