My parents house needed to be sold, I live out of state and had no idea who to use as a realtor. I turned to the internet and sites like realtor.com to get some ideas from people who had dealt with local realtors, I looked for reoccurring high scores across different sites, read all the reviews, I met with more than one realtor, but when I contacted Molly she was immediately helpful and came to our initial meeting with lots of good information and a plan, after meeting with her I knew I had found my choice.
