Molly is the best!

Molly showed me what homes had sold for near me and explained how she would help me get even more that what they got. The market was prime. I spent some money on upgrades that all led to a fantastic sell price. She staged my home with a few things that really made the pictures pop. I was fortunate to be in a great area and Molly made sure all those amenities were pointed out. She also placed cards throughout my home so as people walked through they did not miss any of the special features. We discussed the asking price in detail. Of course I wanted to get the most money for my home. Molly pointed out how a slightly lower asking price would bring more buyers. It worked! There were 41 showings in 3 days. I accepted an offer considerably higher than my asking price. Throughout the process, Molly was staying in touch with me as things like the inspection and appraisal happened. I would recommend Molly to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Denver area.
