Molly is very knowledgeable about the market and very helpful. Since our first initial call with Molly, we knew she would be a great realtor to work with. We were new to home buying and did not know a lot of the house buying jargon and Molly was very patient with us. She understood what we wanted in our dream house but also set realistic expectations for the current market. When putting in an offer for our house, she advocated for us and guided us in the right direction to get the house. With her help, we found a house within 3 weeks, and our 1st official offer! I would definitely recommend Molly as an agent and would use her if I needed to sell or buy a house in the future!

I cannot speak highly enough of Molly and my experience with her. Granted, I got extremely lucky in an absolutely bonkers (North) Austin market, but I really don't think I would have made it across the finish line (or even gotten an offer accepted on the place in which I now live) with anyone else. Molly is a great communicator and sees the market trends for what they are. She is very straightforward about all of that, so I felt mentally prepared when it came time to make competitive offers. With the place I ultimately got, I feel particularly certain she gave me some subtle but necessary nudges (yes, I noticed, Molly!) to help me make the right moves at the right time. And, although she is almost certainly being pulled in a million directions at once, she is consistently kind and responsive: I always felt like she was in my corner. Also -- and this is coming from an educator -- the fact that I felt I was gradually being guided along a very steep learning curve with as little discomfort as possible is, from my perspective at least, really saying something. I'm not saying your experience will be mine, as the housing market has lost its collective GD mind. What I *am* saying is that with Molly you'll likely be putting your best foot forward... and that's as good a place to start as any (especially if you've never done it before). (Oh, one final word to the wise: if you're not beholden to a particular lender and Molly has someone she has vetted and recommends (it used to be Tom Hallock, but he may have moved), going with that someone *could* make all the difference in terms of getting your offer accepted. I feel strongly that it did in my case... but of course you should shop around and get the best rate you can, etc.) In any case, in Molly I trust.

Molly helped us sell our home and the entire experience was amazing from start to finish. She is great about helping you prepare your home to list, very knowledgeable when it comes to negotiating, and the communication throughout the process was fantastic.
