Extremely professional in a very difficult situation.

I'm the guy that Molly will say her to future clients: "yeah well I had this one client one time and this is what happend..." Due to challenges of the aftermath of a divorce, I was impelled by a court decree to work with Molly. It was an incredibly awkward situation for both of us but Molly was an absolute CHAMP! She worked through all the complications placed on us by the decree and an outside party intruding into the sale that was not privy to the details of the sale. I was not a happy camper from the beginning and I let her know up front how I felt about the situation. My property was previously priced too high and lowering my price to the final sales price was very hard for me. She researched and came at me, with receipts, with the price range in which my home should be listed. I didn't want to hear what she was telling me. Admittedly I was very hard on her. I was not an easy client for her to work with. She stuck with me, she never led me astray. Some of her advise did not sit well with me but I trusted her and did as she asked. Ultimately, she was right about everything, and she got my place sold. The take away here should be that "Molly was right." and "Molly absolutely knows this business." I without reservation recommend her!
