Molly talked us through the home buying process as well as the current realities of the Harrisburg market. Based on our budget, ideal home and ideal location, Molly provided ideas on neighborhoods that might fit our wants/needs and what type of home we might expect to find within our budget. Molly spent time talking about the pros/cons of the different things she saw in each property. We were located out of state, and Molly previewed many homes for us as well as scheduled and coordinated the necessary inspections. She worked diligently and tirelessly to help us get the financing that was right for our situation. She worked with us for almost 6 months until we found the property that was right for us. We were very impulsive home shopper and we definitely tested Molly's knowledge. We were never disappointed with her responses; if she did not have the answer, she consulted those who did. Most important to us, Molly was always honest with us about what she thought about each property, was always available night and day, helpful, and we always felt that she truly had our best interests at heart. Even now, more than two months after closing, she still recommends contractors and other service providers when we contact her looking for suggestions as we complete work on our home. In the future, if we ever decide to move, we will definitely use Molly again to both sell our home and find a new one.
