I was walking to the beach and on the way there was an open house sign. I went there and looked at the condo and in the first 5 minutes I knew I wanted to buy it and had to make an offer immediately. So who to call will answer the phone immediately. Moksha was first on my mind because I used her previously and her services were prompt, clear, impeccable, explanation of every detail, and immediate. Moksha answered my phone call immediately, and to make a long story short the sale happened. I requested to make an offer and noted some things need to be updated.
