Mojeh was very well versed on all the procedures that we needed to do to get the house sold, and was very key in helping us start the process of acquiring our new house. Mojeh is very professional and easy to work with, Remax is very lucky to have her own their team
Mojeh was excellent in helping me secure a wonderful rental property in St. Pete, efficiently facilitating the communication and paperwork between myself and the property owner. She was quick to respond, informative, and friendly!
Mojeh is the kind of person you want to work with when selling your house. She has so much experience and knowledge of buying and selling, and she makes the whole process easy. Mojeh helped me buy my house 3 years ago and when I was ready to sell, she was the first person I called. She got my house in tip top shape and had it sold in under 2 weeks. She is always my first recommendation when anyone mentions real estate!
Mojeh was fantastic to work with. Under contract in 2 days. Very professional and attentive through the whole process. Would use her again in a heartbeat.
Mojeh was so patient with us! We had a lot of ideas of what we think would make us happy and she was able to roll with that with grace. She found us our perfect home in an area that we had kind of written off but it really checked all of our boxes.
Very helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. Made the whole home buying process very simple
From day one Mojeh was on top of every detail. There were so many ways this could have gone sideways but she was always one step ahead. Her experience and knowledge made this whole process smooth and effortless. On top of all that the cadre of contractors and technicians she has on hand not only saved the day but saved me a whole lot of money. I couldn’t have made a better choice as an agent. Can’t recommend highly enough.
Mojeh Unger was exceptional in helping us find a condo for our daughter. We wanted something reasonable and in a safe area close to college. She was very flexible with home tours which was very much appreciated! She was great at getting us the condo documents needed and scheduling inspections. We had never purchased a condo before so her expertise in the area was very helpful! We would definitely recommend Mojeh for all of your real estate needs!
Mojeh was very patient & knowledgeable .it was a great pleasure to work with her.She is very efficient & gets things done in a timely matter.
Mojeh, got it done! She’s amazing, and I recommend anyone wanting to sell their home, with no doubt should hire Mojeh.
Mojeh was a wonderful pleasure to do business with. She answered all questions fully and was very knowledgeable. She and her Title team , made this transaction go very smoothly for the most part. There’s going to be little hiccups along the way. But nothing that halted our process. Our sale needed expertise and she provided that, every step of the way. Along with her personal assurance and guidance. We thank her very much.
