So, I used her twice!! 2X!! All agent try to work for you, but Moira works both with you and for you. I usually don't write reviews, but Moira has done a great job! She worked with me on EVERY aspect of buying and selling. She brings in years of experience. I bought and sold with her. Given the chance, I will use her again and I highly recommend her.
Moira is more of a trusted advisor than just another realtor. I could go on and on but simply put she is one the best in this business. I remember a time where she walked during a snowfall to tour our property over a video call. Haven’t seen anyone go to that extra mile. Can vouch for her credentials anytime!

Moira was great to deal with. She came to our home to discuss her thoughts about the house and the current market trends. Once the house was listed, she communicated with us every single day on updates, potential buyers and answered all our questions. She scheduled an open house on the first weekend and after receiving multiple offers over the weekend, we had a contract signed 3 days after the open house. Moira navigated the process between the signing the contract and closing and helped get through the usual and also some unexpected bumps along the road.
