His approach is great as well in that he did not pressure us into making a decision and showed us houses whenever we requested even if it was short notice. His team and him were very accommodating and helpful when it came to the whole process and a pleasure to work with. He is very responsive to phone calls but could be a little better when it comes to texting (this is his only flaw I can come up with which is trivial in the grand scheme of things since I could always get a hold of him via phone if I really needed to). His best feature is likely his negotiation skills as he was instrumental in helping us get a better deal on our current home. At the end of the day pricing is probably the most important aspect of a real estate transaction and he is way better than other realtors I have worked with in that regard.
