Mohan helped us buy our first home and it was an awesome experience working with him. He has all the great qualities that I was looking for in an agent. He is honest, reliable, smart, did most of the hard work and guided us through every step of the process. He was referred to me by my friend a year back and I literally had no idea on the home buying process. Even though we were not ready to buy then, he spent a lot of time with us explaining the process and details. When we were finally ready this May, he kickstarted the process by connecting me to a loan officer and began shortlisting the neighborhoods based on my several requirements. (school districts, price, proximity etc.,) Mohan prepared a detailed open house visit plan with a route map for us every weekend based on the properties we liked, which was the primary reason we were able to find a house in 4 weeks. He sent us the disclosures of the properties before hand, so we know exactly what to look for during the visit. For the properties we were interested, he personally visited them and provided us excellent insights with his comparative analysis to decide on a offer price. Mohan was our agent for an investment home search. In this market, it's really difficult to identify the right investment opportunity.
