Moe is just awesome. I was the *first time buyer* planning to buy a rental home 100s of miles away from where I stay. Moe went over my requirements, helped me understand what is important and what is not and why. Even with ton of experience with him he is good at providing the right information but not influencing the outcome (I was in-charge all the time) and I think that is an awesome quality. I booked a first home but had to cancel it after paying the deposit. I thought Moe will get frustrated but he was very supportive and wanted me to be fully happy with my purchase. Within few days Moe had another property for me and I purchased it. He helped me understand the process, guided me wherever I needed help. He is very accessible even though he has many clients, its amazing how he manages so many clients single-handedly. He also helped me put the home on rent in 2 weeks from the closing (which was awesome!!). I would highly recommend him to anyone I know.
