Since we had found a house to purchase before selling our current home we were on a tight timeline. MaryJo jumped into action and immediately got a photographer to come in and take beautiful pictures of our home. She also had an open house set up immediately. I was worried about some of my outside flower beds and yard looking messy and again MaryJo stepped in to find someone to clean it up so that by the time we had an open house everything was looking great. MaryJo spent the entire day at our house during the open house and by the of the day we had a couple of offers. The rest of the time before closing went just as smoothly. She is just an amazing and knowledgeable realtor who you can depend on for selling your home. I would highly recommend!
