I was needing to sell my house quickly. I also live almost 3 hours away from the house. I can't recommend Mitzi any higher as a real estate agent! I prepared myself for what I thought would be a stressful project, but I was big-time surprised! Mitzi and her team moved quickly every step of the way. Communication with Mitzi was excellent. Since I could not be in the area, Mitzi helped with all kinds of details throughout the whole process. It was a whirlwind (in the best, possible way)! :) I had multiple offers within a day of listing (most over the asking price). Mitzi then had an open house the following 2 days (gaining an additional new offer!) and by the 4th day, I chose a buyer ($85k over asking)! The paperwork and final details with the buyers were smooth thanks to Mitzi and her team. Mitzi handled it all... always keeping me in the loop.
