Mitch was the perfect hire. 8 years ago I used another agent and I felt like I did most of the work. Mitch was the total opposite. Mitch knows the intown Atlanta market and we were able to make a purchase with only 3 short trips (usually 2 hours). He gave recommendations on a daily basis and we would choose from his daily emails which ones to actually see. He did such a great job we used him to sale our current house too. Both closed within 3 weeks of each other. He handles all of the communication with the other real estate teams and definitely reduced my time away from work. I put in a bid on the first home we saw (I loved it) but inspection report had issues and Mitch was honest and helped me make the right decision despite delaying a possible sale/commission for him. Got over ask on my current place and $70k reduction on the place I purchased. I highly recommend Mitch!

Very personable, and definitely not pushy. I really enjoyed working with Mitch, I had met another agent who hounded me and told me that every property I looked at was "great", I could feel her insincerity and it really put me off. Mitch on the other hand was very helpful and calm. He helped me make lists of pros & cons of specific properties. He is really patient, kind, and personable.
