As a first time homebuyer i had no experience with the real estate process. Mitch was very helpful in the process and took time to answer any and all questions. He was responsive and quick, all things that grand rapids market needs in a realtor. He suggested ways to make offers more competitive and ultimately was why we closed on our dream home.
