Buying a home can be stressful, scary, and even nightmarish… and with this being my first home, it added even more uncertainty to the equation! Mr. Clifford was always on top of everything that needed to be done. He helped me find the perfect house for my needs, taking detailed notes about everything I liked and didn’t like after each showing. As he got to know my tastes better, the homes he showed me got closer and closer to my idea of a forever home. He even found listings that weren’t visible on Zillow or those other big house sites! Once I settled on a house, Mitch took care of everything. I basically just had to show up at the closing table. For instance, the house I chose was vacant in the middle of winter, and Mitch made sure the heat stayed on and the waterlines were drained to prevent any damage from bursting pipes — something I wouldn’t have even thought about! What a nightmare that would have been after putting down my deposit if a pipe burst! Working with Mr. Clifford was one of the best decisions I made. I started this process knowing nothing, and now I feel like I could sell homes myself! He was professional, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond.
