We live in the same community as Mehek. We had bought a new house and were planning to move and we had reached out to Mehek to help us find tenants to rent out our home. We started initial discussions with her about 6 to 8 months before the date from when we wanted to rent the house out. She planned the whole rental process, activities, and what to expect at each stage. Starting off, we knew we will need to accommodate for viewing during weekdays and weekends but Mehek helped handle schedules effectively and made it a pain free experience. The house was in the market 2 months before the date we were moving out and we found a tenant in 3 weeks time. She took care of all the required paperwork, getting the house ready to go to market, inspection and communications with all concerned. She managed the whole process easily and efficiently.
